A recent 'update' of QuickBooks 2018 actually updates several page URL addresses within the Help menu. If you encounter a 'page can't be found' when using a QuickBooks Help feature it generally means that internet access is restricted, blocked, inaccessible or the page (URL) address has changed. While this may not be the best approach it is still an alternative however, QuickBooks stopped featuring this ‘built-in’ functionality years ago in favor of promoting payroll subscriptions.
